End User Agreement (EUA) definition

End User Agreement (EUA) collectively means the Order Agreement, this Agreement (including any Secure Outsourced Services Agreement, Professional Services Agreement, Software Support Agreement and/or Equipment Maintenance Agreement, where applicable).
End User Agreement (EUA) means the binding agreement made by and between the SU/SD and the Contractor, executed by the SUs/SDs authorized representative on the standard EAU set forth in Attachment A Exhibit 4.
End User Agreement (EUA) collectively means the Order Agreement (including subsequent Order Agreements) and this Agreement (including the Professional Services Agreement referenced in clause 9).
