End Use License definition

End Use License means a license for End Use that is issued for a particular Unit of Licensed Product(s) in the Exclusive Field or Non-exclusive Field and which remains in force for the life of the Unit so long as all license restrictions, including but not limited to the field of use restrictions, are obeyed.
