End Use Certificate definition

End Use Certificate means a certificate signed by the statutory auditor of the Company substantially in the form set out in Schedule 5 (End Use Certificate) hereto.

  • Final Acceptance Certificate means the certificate that shall be issued by the Engineer to the Contractor upon the satisfactory completion of the contract by the Contractor.
