End of Study Date definition
End of Study Date means the date on which all accountabilities of an REB of Record for a Clinical Study are met and REB review and oversight of such Clinical Study is no longer required, as evidenced by the REB Host Institution’s acknowledgement of the submission in CTO SRERS of study closure documents by each Recruiting Site and the provincial applicant for such Clinical Study or REB Host Institution termination of the Clinical Study for all Recruiting Sites involved in such Clinical Study;
Examples of End of Study Date in a sentence
Despite clause 2.1(b) above, and subject to the terms set out herein, if the PO is acting as an REB Host Institution for a Clinical Study or Clinical Studies at the time of expiration or early termination of this Agreement, the PO shall continue in such role until the applicable End of Study Date for all such Clinical Studies.
This IIA will commence on May 1, 2019 (the “Effective Date”) and terminate on the date that is the later of: (i) April 30, 2024; and (ii) the last End of Study Date for the last Study in CTO SRERS.
