Encryption Keys definition

Encryption Keys means a list of any encryption keys or passwords required to access or use any of the ***.
Encryption Keys means the Master Key and the encryption key for the Transition File. “Escrow Agent” has the meaning given to it in Section 12.7.

  • TCS will provide IP of SFTP Server and Encryption Keys as required.

  • The Customer shall also bear alone the consequences resulting from the loss of such Encryption Key(s) and/or password(s).
