ENCROACHMENT EASEMENT definition

ENCROACHMENT EASEMENT means the Encroachment Easement Agreement, in the form of Exhibit “Q,” attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
ENCROACHMENT EASEMENT shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3(a) of Article I.
