The clinical documentation coding (e.g., ICD) representative of each such Completed ePASS Encounter SOAP Note shall be converted into appropriate encounter format for the respective risk adjustment model reporting (e.g., RAPS File and EDS file format for CMS submission, or MEDS II File format for State Department of Health, as the case may be) and submission, if desired by Client.
