Encounter Rate definition

Encounter Rate means the Encounter Rate set forth on the Order Form.
Encounter Rate means the all-inclusive PPS rate that the Department reimburses an FQHC for an encounter pursuant to 42 USC 1396a (bb);
Encounter Rate. The payment made to Medical Group for Covered Services rendered to a Customer during an encounter. More Definitions of Encounter Rate

Encounter Rate means the Anthem Rate that is all-inclusive of professional, technical and facility charges including evaluation and management, pharmaceuticals, routine surgical and therapeutic procedures, and diagnostic testing (including laboratory and radiology) capable of being performed on site. "Fee Schedule(s)" means the complete listing of Anthem Rate(s) for specific services that is payment for each unit of service allowed based on applicable Coded Service Identifier(s) for Covered Services.

  • Turnover Rate means the period of time (usually in hours) required to circulate a volume of water equal to the pool or spa capacity.

  • Error Rate is the total number of Failed Requests divided by Total Requests, across all Resources in a given Azure subscription, during a given one-hour interval. If the Total Requests in a given one-hour interval is zero, the Error Rate for that interval is 0%.

  • Commercial Paper Rate means: (1) the

  • Base CD Rate means the sum of (a) the Three-Month Secondary CD Rate multiplied by the Statutory Reserve Rate plus (b) the Assessment Rate.

  • Capitation rate means the fee the department pays monthly to a participating health or dental plan for each enrollee for the provision of covered medical or dental services whether or not the enrollee received services during the month for which the fee is intended.

  • SOFR Rate Day has the meaning specified in the definition of “Daily Simple SOFR”.

  • Day Rate means the rate per day per grade tendered by the Supplier in the Supplier’s proposal that shall never be exceeded within this Contract;
