Enclosed storage area definition

Enclosed storage area means any space used to contain materials that has a wall or partition on at least three sides or three-quarters of its circumference and that screens the material stored therein to prevent emissions of the material to the air.
Enclosed storage area means any space or structure used to contain material that prevents its contents from being emitted into the atmosphere. This includes cabinets, closets or sheds designated for storage.
