Enclosed Premises definition
Enclosed Premises means those areas of the Premises within the walls of a structure, including, but not limited to, open patios and decks attached to such structure, whether or not Alcoholic Beverages are sold, served, given, or delivered therein.
Enclosed Premises means that owner’s house, or fenced yard where other people have no reason to enter except to conduct business; or visit with the members of the household.
