Enacted definition

Enacted means enacted, adopted or amended.

Enacted as applied to a Regulatory Change, means the date such Regulatory Change first becomes effective or is implemented or first required or expected to be complied with, whether the same is (a) the result of an enactment by a government or any agency or political subdivision thereof, a determination of a court or regulatory authority, a request or directive of a regulatory authority, or otherwise or (b) enacted, adopted, issued or proposed before or after the Agreement Date.

Enacted means to enact, adopt, or amend.

Enacted or "enactment" means, with respect to legislation, adoption by Council and approval by the Executive within ten (10) days after presentation by the Clerk; or adoption by Council and the expiration of ten (10)g days without approval or veto by the Executive; or approval by the vote of at least eight (8) Members of Council upon reconsideration after disapproval by the Executive as provided by the Charter.

Enacted means that the City Council of the City of San Jxxx has voted to enact the Buyer’s Entitlements, and that the thirty (30)- day period for filing a referendum petition on Buyer’s Entitlements shall have expired. If a valid referendum petition on Buyer’s Entitlements is timely filed, within ten (10) days thereafter Buyer, in its sole discretion, may waive this condition.
