ENAC definition

ENAC means Enron North America Corp. and any successor thereto or assignee thereof pursuant to Section 7.08 of the Forward Sale Contract.

  • For any differences between ENAC and FAA environmental requirements, ENAC will require further compliance demonstration to account for those differences.

  • All parts exported to the United States with ENAC airworthiness approval will have a JAA Form One.
