Enabling Projects definition

Enabling Projects means projects and costs necessitated by the construction, maintenance, demolition, or operation of Rental Car Facilities.

  • Once the documents for the Enabling Projects have been completed, the ▇▇▇▇ shall submit them to the Building Department for review and approval.

Related to Enabling Projects

  • Existing Project means a project declared under commercial operation prior to the date of effectiveness of these Regulations;

  • Ongoing Project means a multi-year project undertaken by a Company in fulfilment of its CSR obligation having timelines not exceeding three years excluding the financial year in which it was commenced, and shall include such project that was initially not approved as a multi-year project but whose duration has been extended beyond one year by the board based on reasonable justification;

  • Projects means the projects identified in Exhibit A to the Agreement and all other projects, any costs of which are included in a Transitional Capital Plan pursuant to the Act or are Recovery Costs, and financed, by payment or reimbursement, with the proceeds of Bonds or Notes.

  • New Project means (a) each facility which is either a new facility, branch or office or an expansion, relocation, remodeling or substantial modernization of an existing facility, branch or office owned by the Borrower or its Subsidiaries which in fact commences operations and (b) each creation (in one or a series of related transactions) of a business unit to the extent such business unit commences operations or each expansion (in one or a series of related transactions) of business into a new market.

  • Development Project means a project for the development of land within a
