Enabling Acts definition

Enabling Acts means all those Acts which enable the Council to enter into this Agreement, including (but not limited to) the Housing ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, the Local Government ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ and the Local Government Act 2000 “Expert” means an individual appointed in accordance with Clause 67.
