You may only use Coding and Marking Data in an approved Enabled Product for which You have obtained a valid license.
If any Buy Back Period is extended or tolled pursuant to Section 4.3 and/or Section 4.4, the time period during which FOSSL Enabled Product Payments are due under Section 3.3 shall be extended with respect to that specific Licensed Field for an amount of time equivalent to the amount by which any Buy Back Period is so extended or tolled.

If a Licensed Product or Know-How Enabled Product is not required to undergo the event associated with a particular milestone for a Licensed Product or Know-How Enabled Product (“Skipped Milestone”), such Skipped Milestone will be deemed to have been achieved upon the achievement by such Licensed Product of the next successive milestone (“Achieved Milestone”).
