Recycled content means the percentage of a product composed of recovered material, or post- consumer recovered material, or both.
Licensed Content means those articles or other parts of a Licensed Title which form part of the content licensed (including all content published during the Subscription Period to which access and use rights are granted under this Licence, and including all Previously Subscribed Material).
User Content means any comments, remarks, data, feedback, content, text, photographs, images, video, music, or other content or information that you or any Site Visitor or User post to any part of the Site or provide to Upwork, including such content or information that is posted as a result of questions.
VOC content means the total weight of VOC in a product expressed as a percentage of the product weight (exclusive of the container or packaging), as determined pursuant to sections 94515(a) and (b).
Imported content means that portion of the bidding price represented by the cost of components, parts or materials which have been or are still to be imported (whether by the supplier or his subcontractors) and which costs are inclusive of the costs abroad, plus freight and other direct importation costs such as landing costs, dock dues, import duty, sales duty or other similar tax or duty at the South African place of entry as well as transportation and handling charges to the factory in the Republic where the supplies covered by the bid will be manufactured.
U.S. Content means, with respect to any Item, all the costs, including labor, materials, services and overhead, but not markup or profit margin, which are of U.S. origin or manufacture, and which are incorporated into an Item in the United States.
Customer Content means all software, data (including personal data), information, text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-AVEVA or third-party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by Customer, any of Customer’s users, or on behalf of Customer that is stored in, or run on or through, the Products and Support Services.
User Generated Content means any content that originates from End Users in any format, including graphics, text, or voice content published through or as part of a Software Title.
Redistribution Software means the software described in Paragraph 4 (“Use of Redistribution Software”) below.
Open video system means an open video system authorized pursuant to 47 U.S.C. § 573 and, for
Software Updates means the Software releases, service packs, build updates or emergency fixes released from time to time in accordance with the Vocera’s update policy for such Software.
Application Programming Interface or “API” means the application programming interface materials and related documentation containing all data and information to allow skilled Software developers to create Software interfaces that interface or interact with other specified Software.
Programming means the process of organisation, decision-making and allocation of financial resources in several stages, with the involvement of partners in accordance with Article 5, intended to implement, on a multi-annual basis, joint action by the Union and the Member States to achieve the objectives of the Union strategy for smart, sustainable and inclusive growth;
Source-image receptor distance means the distance from the source to the center of the input surface of the image receptor.
SAP Group Software means (i) any and all software products listed on the Price List as well as any SAP SDK which are provided by SAP or any other member of the SAP Group to Partner or to an End User (either directly or indirectly via Partner) under any part of this Agreement all as developed by or for the SAP Group; (ii) any new releases, updates or versions thereof made available through unrestricted shipment pursuant to Maintenance Services or warranty obligation by any member of the SAP Group; and (iii) any complete or partial copies of any of the foregoing.
Student Generated Content means materials or content created by a student in the services including, but not limited to, essays, research reports, portfolios, creative writing, music or other audio files, photographs, videos, and account information that enables ongoing ownership of student content.
Third Party Content means all software, data, text, images, audio, video, photographs and other content and material, in any format, that are obtained or derived from third party sources outside of Oracle that You may access through, within, or in conjunction with Your use of, the Services. Examples of Third Party Content include data feeds from social network services, rss feeds from blog posts, Oracle data marketplaces and libraries, dictionaries, and marketing data. Third Party Content includes third-party sourced materials accessed or obtained by Your use of the Services or any Oracle-provided tools.
Software Update means a package used to upgrade software to a new version including a change of the configuration parameters.
CTS Enabled Interface means an interface between the PJM Control Area and an adjacent Control Area at which the Office of the Interconnection has authorized the use of Coordinated Transaction Scheduling (“CTS”). The CTS Enabled Interfaces between the PJM Control Area and the New York Independent System Operator, Inc. Control Area shall be designated in Schedule A to the Joint Operating Agreement Among and Between New York Independent System Operator Inc. and PJM Interconnection, L.L.C. (PJM Rate Schedule FERC No. 45). The CTS Enabled Interfaces between the PJM Control Area and the Midcontinent Independent System Operator, Inc. shall be designated consistent with Attachment 3, section 2 of the Joint Operating Agreement between Midcontinent Independent System Operator, Inc. and PJM Interconnection, L.L.C. CTS Interface Bid: “CTS Interface Bid” shall mean a unified real-time bid to simultaneously purchase and sell energy on either side of a CTS Enabled Interface in accordance with the procedures of Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 1.13, and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K- Appendix. Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).
Adaptable means constructed in compliance with the technical design standards of the Barrier Free Subcode, N.J.A.C. 5:23-7.
SAP Software means: (i) any and all software products and Cloud Services licensed to Customer under the License Agreement as specified in software order forms or Cloud Service Order Forms (or other order forms, schedules or appendices as applicable) thereto; (ii) any new releases, updates or versions thereof made available through unrestricted shipment pursuant to the respective support agreement or warranty obligation and (iii) any complete or partial copies of any of the foregoing.
Video programming means programming provided by, or generally considered comparable to programming provided by, a television broadcast station.
Server Software means software that provides services or functionality on a computer acting as a server.
Open Source Software means software or similar subject matter that is distributed under an open source license such as (by way of example only) the GNU General Public License, GNU Lesser General Public License, Apache License, Mozilla Public License, BSD License, MIT License, Common Public License, any derivative of any of the foregoing licenses, or any other license approved as an open source license by the Open Source Initiative or as a free software license by the Free Software Foundation.
Common Channel Signaling (CCS means an out-of-band, packet-switched, signaling network used to transport supervision signals, control signals, and data messages. It is a special network, fully separate from the transmission path of the public switched network. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, the CCS protocol used by the Parties shall be SS7.
