Upon the termination hereof in accordance with this Section 7, any Cash and/or ENA Token paid by Subscriber in connection herewith shall promptly be returned to Subscriber in the manner set forth in Section 2(f).
No later than 9:00 a.m. (Eastern time) on the second Business Day prior to the Closing Date, Subscriber shall deliver the ENA Token Amount to the Company, free and clear of any liens, encumbrances or other restrictions, via transfer of the ENA Token Amount to the Custodial Account as specified in the Closing Notice.
