EMS Contractor definition

EMS Contractor means the Energy Management Systems Contractor. The EMS Contractor shall be a Consultant to the Architect during the design process. All alternations and extension of the Energy Management System (EMS) shall be designed, installed and commissioned by Long and Associates Department 0406, Denver, Colorado, 80256-0406, telephone (303) 922-6660 unless identified otherwise by the Owner’s Representative. Unless identified otherwise by the Owner’s Representative, the EMS Contractor will be contracted by the College.
