EMP(O) definition

EMP(O) means the operational EMP to be developed by the rail infrastructure asset owner for implementation by users of the SBR project rail infrastructure, including coal producers, the rail network manager, coal train operators and maintenance personnel/contractors.

  • Tabarru ” means donation for the purpose of solidarity and cooperation among the Takaful Participants and to be used to help all Takaful Participants in times of misfortune. In the context of the Company, Tabarru’ will be allocated into the Participants’ Risk Fund.
