Employment Document means any employment contract, consulting agreement, termination or severance agreement, salary continuation agreement or retention agreement providing for the terms and conditions of employment or payment of compensation, or of a consulting or independent contractor relationship for any current or former officer, employee, consultant or independent contractor of Seller.
