Employment Contract Termination Date definition

Employment Contract Termination Date means the later of the second anniversary of the Effective Date or the date on which either the Company or the Employee elects not to extend the Agreement further by giving written notice to the other party.
Employment Contract Termination Date means the later of June 30, 2013 or the date on which either the Company or the Employee elects not to extend this Agreement further by giving written notice to the other party.

  • The Employment Term of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue until the earlier of the Employment Contract Termination Date or the Employment Final Termination Date, except in the event that a Change in Control occurs prior to the Employment Contract Termination Date.
