Employee's Misconduct definition
Employee's Misconduct means an employee's gross negligence in the performance of his duties to the Group Companies; an employee's misappropriation of assets of, or embezzlement from, the Group Companies; willful breach by an employee of such employee's material obligations under the relevant Service Agreement entered into by the employee; a material breach by the employee of this Agreement, the Confidentiality Agreement, the Manager Non-Compete Agreement and the Employee Non-Compete Agreement entered into by such employee; and willful violation of Buyer's Code of Ethics or other written policy.
Examples of Employee's Misconduct in a sentence
In the event that the Company terminates Employee's employment with the Company pursuant to Section 4.2 for Employee's Misconduct, Employee shall be entitled to the rights set forth in this Section 4.7.
