Employees Covered Under Appendix III. “Protected” employees shall be defined as those previously covered under BOMA Agreement of Appendix IV of Contract Cleaners Agreement which, by its terms, expired on December 31, 1984, but no others. Above defined “protected” employees shall receive the same scheduled hourly increases as agreed upon for the full time general cleaner wage rate.
