Employee Reference Date definition

Employee Reference Date means, with respect to a given Employee, the later of (x) the date on which the Merger Agreement was executed and (y) the first day of the Employee’s employment with the Moon Group or the SpinCo Group, as applicable, in his or her job position as of the Distribution Date.

Related to Employee Reference Date

  • Outside Reference Date Not applicable.

  • Reference Date means 31 March, 30 June, 30 September and 31 December in each year for as long as any Bonds are outstanding.

  • Scheduled Reference Date means any original date that, but for the occurrence of an event causing a Disrupted Day, would have been a Reference Date.

  • Accounting Reference Date means 31 December.

  • Benefit Commencement Date means, for any Participant or beneficiary, the date as of which the first benefit payment, including a single sum, from the Participant’s Account is due, other than pursuant to a withdrawal under Article VIII.
