Employee Level 1 definition

Employee Level 1 means an employee undergoing training in a Quick Service Food Outlet who is in the first 15 weeks of service and who performs basic tasks under supervision. For the purpose of this definition, 'service' shall mean any work performed for any employer involving the preparation and/or sale of quick service foods.
Employee Level 1 means an adult employee with: ▪ Less than 988 hours experience carrying out a broad range of functions at this level who works under general supervision.
