Employee Grade 3 definition

Employee Grade 3 means an employee with the appropriate level of training or assessed as having the appropriate level of skills who is engaged in any of the following:

Examples of Employee Grade 3 in a sentence

  • The total remuneration for a Live - in Housekeeper/ Carer - Grade 3 shall be calculated as follows: Total Weekly Rate = Weekly Rate for a Community Care Employee Grade 3 + All Incidents Loading The Special Loading is calculated by obtaining 3.5% of the relevant weekly rate.

  • Where no tradesperson is employed, an employee at this level may be called upon to perform tasks falling within the scope of trades skills, provided the time involved in performing such work, is paid at the rate of Care Service Employee Grade 3.

  • Indicative tasks an employee at this level may perform are as follows: There is no automatic progression from a Care Service Employee Grade 2 to Care Service Employee Grade 3.

  • In any case where an employee is required to find his or her own way to a worksite, (for the purpose of this clause, a worksite being any worksite of a temporary nature that does not afford the usually accepted standard of permanent facilities and amenities), in his or her own time, a travelling allowance shall be paid to such employee equivalent to 20 minutes on the rate of pay of City Service Employee Grade 3, inclusive of the maximum service payment for that classification of worker.

  • They will also have the opportunity to be reclassified to Care Service Employee Grade 3 providing they satisfy the competency and qualifications requirements for this classification.

  • Employees who, immediately before the commencement of this Agreement, were covered by the Woolworths Liquor Agreement 2012 and were classified as a:  Retail Employee Grade 3 (b) and above in all States and Territories; or  Retail Employee Grade 3 in Victoria are entitled to the rate of pay in accordance with Schedule A.

  • Points of Entry Store Employee Grade 1; and/or Store Employee Grade 2; and/or Store Employee Grade 3; or Store Employee Grade 4; or External Applicant.

  • For the purposes of this Agreement, a Warehouse Employee Grade 3 shall mean an Employee who has undertaken sufficient training so as to enable him/her to perform work within the scope of this level in addition to the work of lower grades and who has been appointed by the Employer to perform such work on a continuous basis.

  • Store Employee Grade 1, or Store Employee Grade 2, or Store Employee Grade 3 or external applicant with proven and demonstrated satisfactory performance standards and skills to the level required of this grade.

  • CLAUSE 14 CLASSIFICATION The minimum classification to apply under this Agreement will be Municipal Employee Grade 3 as defined by the Local Government Employees Award 1998.
