Employee Grade definition

Employee Grade means the grade within the compensation system to which you are assigned by the Company.
Employee Grade means the grade to which a Participant is designated in accordance with Section 3.1 or assigned by the Compensation Committee in accordance with Section 3.2.
Employee Grade means Grade 1 or Grade 2, as assigned to a Participant by the Compensation Committee in accordance with Article II.

  • An employee at this level can perform the duties of a Home Care Employee Grade 1.
