Employee Division means a grouping of employees established by the employer. An employer may establish one or more than one employee division.

Employee Division means a classification of employees established by the employer that share contribution and benefit features, and for which the System establishes a bookkeeping entry in the reserve for employer contributions corresponding to such employee classification to determine contributions (plus/less investment gains or losses, and less administrative expenses) for purposes of actuarially tracking amounts due for benefits owed to the employees of such employee division.
