Travel and lodging expenses incurred by the Employee commuting weekly from his residence in Minnesota shall be reimbursed in an amount not to exceed $3,500.00 per month.
The Company shall reimburse the Employee for all reasonable travel and lodging expenses incurred by the Employee commuting to and from the Company's Baltimore office, provided that the Employee complies with the generally applicable policies, practices and procedures of the Company for submission of expense reports, receipts or similar documentation of such expenses.

Relocation Expenses may also include expenses related to Employee commuting from Employee’s home in the Scottsdale, AZ area to the Company’s headquarters in San Diego, CA, including expenses for coach air fare, temporary housing or hotel stays, rental car for Employee while in San Diego and airport parking costs up to a maximum of $5,500 (five thousand five hundred dollars) per month and a total of $100,000 (“Commuting Expenses”).
