Employee Application definition

Employee Application means a Customer Application that is (i) developed for Customer’s own internal business purposes and distributed solely for internal use by Customer Personnel; or (ii) developed by Customer to be used by third-party Personnel solely with Customer products in a business or industrial environment; or (iii) developed by a Third-Party Provider for a Client’s internal use by Client Personnel. Examples of Employee Applications may include Customer Applications that are used to (a) operate and service Customer products and equipment, (b) market and sell Customer products, or (c) train Customer Personnel.

Examples of Employee Application in a sentence

  • Employees must provide a copy of the obituary, funeral notice, or other satisfactory document attached to the Employee Application for Leave Form.
