employed solicitor means a solicitor who is employed by another solicitor or by any other person or body and who is not engaged in the provision of legal services whether as a sole practitioner or as a partner in a firm of solicitors and who does not, in the course of his or her practice as a solicitor, handle or in any way deal with clients' moneys or controlled trust moneys or non-controlled trust moneys or insolvency arrangement moneys or other moneys other than for and on behalf of his or her employer;
