Employed Persons definition

Employed Persons means any persons below but only whilst employed and engaged by the INSURED and under their direct control and supervision:

  • Privileged Person The Depositor and its designees, the Initial Purchasers, the Underwriters, the Mortgage Loan Sellers, the Master Servicer, the Special Servicer, any Excluded Mortgage Loan Special Servicer, the Trustee, the Certificate Administrator, any Additional Servicer designated by the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, any Directing Holder, any Consulting Party, the Operating Advisor, any Affiliate of the Operating Advisor designated by the Operating Advisor, the Asset Representations Reviewer, any affiliate of the Asset Representations Reviewer designated by the Asset Representations Reviewer, any Companion Loan Holder that delivers an Investor Certification (subject to the next sentence and the proviso to this sentence), any other Person who provides the Certificate Administrator with an Investor Certification (subject to the next sentence and the proviso to this sentence), any Rating Agency, and any other NRSRO that delivers a NRSRO Certification to the Certificate Administrator; provided that in no event shall an Excluded Controlling Class Holder be entitled to Excluded Information with respect to a related Excluded Controlling Class Mortgage Loan with respect to which it is a Borrower Party (but this exclusion shall not apply to any other Mortgage Loan).   • Specified Personnel means the personnel specified in the Contract to provide the Services.

  • Personnel means persons hired by the Consultant or by any Subconsultant as employees and assigned to the performance of the Services or any part thereof;

  • Aggrieved person is the person or persons making the claim.

  • Associated Persons means the directors, employees (whether full-time, part-time or casual), Related Bodies Corporate, agents, contractors, advisors and owners of Tabcorp and the Venue Operator, respectively, (as is applicable).

  • Company Representatives shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.5(a).

  • Clients means the Janus Funds and other individual and institutional advisory clients of Janus.

  • Designated Employer Representative (DER) means a designated school district representative authorized to take immediate action to remove employees from safety-sensitive duties, to make required decisions in the testing and evaluation process, and to receive test results and other communications for the school district.

  • Exposed person means any person wholly or partially in a danger zone;

  • Authorised Persons means collectively all Event management, Venue management, Police, public bodies and agencies responsible for safety and security in connection with the Event or the Venue, and their respective staff, officials, representatives, officers and volunteers;

  • Authorized Company Representative means any person who, at the time, shall have been designated to act on behalf of the Company by a written certificate furnished to the Issuer, the Remarketing Agent and the Trustee containing the specimen signature of such person and signed on behalf of the Company by any officer of the Company. Such certificate may designate an alternate or alternates.

  • Information Recipients has the meaning stated in Section 4.9(a).
