Employed Persons definition

Employed Persons means all individuals employed, w hether at the t ime the Agreement w as concluded or during the performance of any Agreement , by the Supplier, any Subcontractor or via any third part y w ithin the f ramew ork of the agreed w ork, Services or supply of Goods.
Employed Persons means all individuals employed, whether at the time the Agreement was concluded or during the performance of any Agreement, by the Supplier, any Subcontractor or via any third party within the framework of the agreed work, Services or supply of Goods.
