Empire Software definition

Empire Software means Software owned by Empire. As of the Effective Date, Empire Software includes the Software identified as such in Schedule G for Applications Software and Systems Software.

  • Empire grants to IBM a worldwide, fully paid-up, nonexclusive license during the Term to Use Empire Software solely to the extent necessary for performing the Services.

  • Except as otherwise requested or approved by Empire, IBM shall cease all Use of Empire Software upon expiration or termination of this Agreement.

  • IBM shall not be permitted to Use Empire Software except to provide the Services without the prior written consent of Empire, which may be withheld at Empire's discretion.

  • IBM shall install, operate and support, in accordance with Schedules A-1 and A-2, additional Empire Software that Empire may designate from time to time during the Term.

  • Empire Software will be made available to IBM in such form and on such media as exists on the Effective Date or as is later obtained by Empire, together with available documentation and any other related materials.
