EMPACT actions means actions undertaken in the framework of the European multidisciplinary platform against criminal threats (EMPACT)30. EMPACT is a structured multidisciplinary cooperation platform of the relevant Member States, Union institutions and agencies, as well as third countries, international organisations and other public and private partners to address prioritised threats of organised and serious international crime under the EU Policy Cycle;
