EMP LEASE definition
EMP LEASE means the lease, dated December 31, 1998, between Hillside III LLC and EMP, relating to the land and improvements thereon commonly known as 900 Enchanted Way, Simi Valle▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇ntura, State of California, as more particularly described in such lease, as such lease may be modified or amended in accordance with this Agreement.
