EMP Customer definition
EMP Customer means the contract party of the EMP to which the EMP offers electromobility services. EMP Customers can be OEM customers (for example electromobility suppliers, manu- facturers of Electric Vehicles) or direct end customers (for example users of Electric Vehicles) of the EMP.
