Emoulment definition
Emoulment means the emoluments which the employee was receiving immediately before his retirement and includes (I) Basic Pay, (II) Personal pay, (III) Special pay, (IV) Dearness Pay. “Pay” means the amount of remuneration drawn monthly by an employee as the pay which has been sanctioned for the post held be him substantively or in an officiating capacity. Personal Pay means additional Pay granted to an employee.
