EMONY definition

EMONY and any other trademarks and service marks adopted by Emony to identify the Programs and other Emony products and services belong to Emony; Customer will have no rights in such marks, except as expressly set forth herein and as specified in writing from time to time. Customer shall have the right to use Emony's trademarks solely in furtherance of its distribution activities, if any, under this Agreement or any applicable Order Form and such use of Emony's trademarks shall be under Emony's trademark policies and procedures in effect from time-to-time. Customer agrees not to use the trademark "EMONY" or any other ▇▇▇▇ likely to cause confusion with the Emony's trademarks as any portion of Customer's trade name or trademark for any other products of Customer. Customer shall have the right to use Emony's trademarks solely to refer to Emony's Programs, products and services.
