EMOC means Edison Mission Overseas Co., a Subsidiary of Holdings and a limited liability company organized under the laws of Delaware.
EMOC means ExxonMobil Oil Corporation (formerly known as Mobil Oil Corporation).
EMOC has the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.
