EMID definition

EMID means the Estero Municipal Improvement District.

  • Any information obtained from the EMID to which you have access is confidential and must not be disclosed to others unless the patient or his/her authorized representative explicitly consents to such disclosure.

  • The Practice will not authorize any other individuals to have access to the EMID or for individuals to use a password not specifically assigned to that individual.

  • All individual authorized employees who have access to the EMID will be assigned an individual password in order to access medical records.
