EMI Code definition
EMI Code has the meaning given to in in ITEPA.
EMI Code means sections 527 – 541 of the UK Income Tax (Earnings and Pensions) Act 2003, Schedule 5 to that Act and Part 4 of Schedule 7D to the UK Taxation of Chargeable Gains Act 1992.
