Emerson Project definition
Emerson Project means that certain development project granted Preliminary and Final Major site plan approval on July 18, 2018 by the Jersey City Planning Board, for the construction of a multi-phased project to be located on the Emerson Properties, including a multi-family building containing 350 residential dwelling units, 349 parking spaces, 10,400 square feet of ground floor retail, an approximately 23,900 square foot public use facility with 40 on-site parking spaces, as well as the construction of the Coles Street Park on the Coles Street Park Property and the Project referenced herein;
