Emergent Matter definition
Emergent Matter means a situation demanding prompt action that poses an immediate risk to health, life, property, environment, or town finances/operations;
Emergent Matter means an issue that arises in the course of, or otherwise related to, the business of WH that requires (or is in the best interest of WH to have) immediate (or as soon as reasonably practical) action by the Board.
