Except during an Emergency, Utility shall provide, upon Licensee’s request, an estimate of all costs (including lost revenue) and expenses to be incurred in accommodating Licensee’s de-energization request and, upon reviewing such estimate, Licensee shall confirm whether it intends to continue or withdraw such request.
In the event of an Emergency, Utility reserves the right to take any action it deems necessary with respect to any Wireless Facility in order to avert or remedy the Emergency.
