Emergency Trips definition

Emergency Trips. During emergency circumstances, including but not limited to hurricane evacuation, as determined solely by, and at the discretion of COUNTY, CONTRACTOR shall be required to provide transportation on a will-call basis to all riders including those who may not otherwise be eligible for these services.
