  • In such event, Service Provider shall use commercially reasonable efforts to notify the Owner Group of the existence or occurrence of such an imminent Emergency as soon as reasonably possible after the Emergency occurs, but in any event within twenty four (24) hours of its being put on notice of an imminent Emergency, setting forth the nature of the imminent Emergency, the corrective action taken or proposed to be taken, and the actual or estimated cost and expense associated with such corrective action.
