Emergency Service means supplemental deliveries of natural gas that may be required to forestall irreparable injury to life or property including environmental emergencies.
Emergency services means, with respect to an Emergency Medical Condition:
Emergency Service Number or "ESN" is a three to five digit number representing a unique combination of Emergency Response Agencies (law enforcement, fire and emergency medical service) designed to serve a specific range of addresses within a particular geographical area. The ESN facilitates Selective Routing and transfer, if required, to the appropriate PSAP and the dispatch of proper Emergency Response Agency(ies).

Emergency Advance Any Property Advance that, pursuant hereto, the Special Servicer is required to either (a) make (in its sole discretion in accordance with the Servicing Standard) or (b) to request the Master Servicer to make, that must be made in an emergency situation or on an urgent basis within two (2) Business Days of the Special Servicer becoming aware that it must be made in order to avoid any material penalty, any material harm to a Mortgaged Property securing a Mortgage Loan or any other material adverse consequence to the Trust Fund or any related Companion Loan Holder.
Contingency operation means a military operation that results in the call or order to, or retention on, active duty of members of the uniformed services during a war or during a national emergency declared by the President or Congress.

Emergency Energy means energy supplied from Operating Reserve or electrical generation available for sale in New York or PJM or available from another Balancing Authority Area. energy service means the physical benefit, utility or good derived from a combination of energy with energy-efficient technology or with action, which may include the operations, maintenance and control necessary to deliver the service, which is delivered on the basis of a contract and in normal circumstances has proven to result in verifiable and measurable or estimable energy efficiency improvement or primary energy savings;
