Emergency Service Request definition

Emergency Service Request means a request from the Director to Contractor to perform remedial maintenance or other work services due to a Major Failure or services deemed necessary by the Director. Contractor must respond to in accordance with the Response Times in the Scope of Work.
Emergency Service Request means a verbal request from the Director to Contractor to perform remedial maintenance due to a Major Failure, a Minor Failure, or a Non-critical Failure that Contractor must respond to in accordance with the Response Times set forth in Section _______ of Exhibit "A."
