In the event of a developing Emergency Security Situation, Intl.SOS will determine, at its sole discretion, the need for establishing a crisis center, its duration and location, based upon the severity of the situation and resources at its disposal in the country or region of concern or elsewhere.
In the event of an Emergency Security Situation, Intl.SOS will use reasonable commercial efforts to arrange for the evacuation of Members to the nearest safe and acceptable location.
Institution’s/Facility’s medical staff or designee, shall cancel or change a service request for any reason, including Emergency Security Situation, such as lockdown, without incurring any liability, up to twenty-four (24) hours of PDST service request.
