Emergency Rescue definition

Emergency Rescue means the emergency medical care of a patient whose state of health causes or is likely to result in serious or permanent harm or death and whose care is provided by rescue personnel at the place of deployment and medical care as determined by the responsible rescue management centre during transport to an institution to which the patient can be transported as soon as possible, taking into account his or her state of health;
