Emergency Protocols definition

Emergency Protocols means a highly defined procedure, placed into a reference system, designed to lead the call taker through a predictable, repeatable, verifiable process for a specific situation.

  • All Emergency Protocols, and any changes thereto, must be non-discriminatory in substance to the tenants of the Building, and all future Emergency Protocols, and all modifications and/or amendments to the Emergency Protocols, will not be binding upon Tenant until Tenant receives not less than thirty (30) days’ advance written notice thereof.
